NAI Summit’s Industrial Team Win CoStar Impact Award

CoStar Group, Inc. announced the CoStar Impact Award Winners for 2025. Michael Adams, SIOR, Sarah Finney Miller, and Collin Holben of NAI Summit received the top award for Sale/Acquisition of the Year with sale of The Factory Building in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The CoStar Impact awards recognize exemplary commercial real estate transactions and projects completed in 2024 that have significantly influenced neighborhoods or submarkets.

NAI Summit facilitated the sale of the 40,150 SF flex building to the Bethlehem Area School District (BASD) to expand vocational-technical education offerings for students of three local school districts. Originally constructed in the 1940s as part of the Bethlehem Steel campus, it was renovated in 2019 by The Factory LLC as an innovation hub and housed a cutting-edge facility for food-and-beverage startups. The 2024 acquisition by BASD represents a new chapter in this commercial building’s legacy, one that will serve education and the Bethlehem community for years to come.
