Property Managers
Our property management department is looking for individuals with prior experience handling office, industrial, retail and/or distressed properties. Our managers are in full-time positions, and each handles a portfolio of facilities. They have direct oversight of the budget creation, tenant improvements, service contract negotiation, lease administration, daily facility operations, maintenance oversight, and management of vendor relationships.
Our Property Managers provide outstanding customer service.

Building Services Positions
Maintenance experience required! The right individual should be ready to jump in with minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs, fire/life safety inspections & lighting repairs. Technicians and building engineers handle all aspects of facilities maintenance from general preventative and corrective repairs to building emergency response.
