Kelly Berfield of NAI Summit Honored with National Recognition from GlobeSt.

2025 Women of Influence – Corporate Real Estate Executive

NAI Summit is proud to announce that Kelly Berfield, Chief Operating Officer, has been recognized by GlobeSt. as a 2025 Women of Influence honoree in the Corporate Real Estate Category. This national award recognizes women whose outstanding achievements, leadership, and innovation have significantly advanced the commercial real estate industry.

Kelly was nominated by her peers in the Lehigh Valley chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, an organization dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally within the field.

As the driving force behind operations at NAI Summit, Kelly leads the company’s strategic management decisions and guides a team of professionals across a wide range of commercial real estate areas. Her leadership has been pivotal in establishing an executive board encompassing all departments of the organization, navigating the firm through two ownership transitions, all while elevating the professionalism and capabilities of those around her.

“Kelly has an innate ability to cultivate the talent around her and to bring others along as she grows and progresses—a highly coveted and often rare trait in the world of commercial real estate. With over 27 years of industry experience, Kelly has left a meaningful mark in every role she has held—representing investors, developers, landlords, tenants, medical institutions, and financial organizations in complex real estate matters. Her distinguished career spans roles as a real estate attorney, Broker of Record at Dietrick Group, Senior Vice President at Colliers International, adjunct professor of real estate at Lehigh University, to her current role as Chief Operating Officer at NAI Summit.

Her outstanding leadership and mentorship extend well beyond the workplace. A passionate advocate for community service, she has served on the Board of Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley for over 14 years and is the current Board President of the Animal Food Bank of the Lehigh Valley. She also serves as a Girl Scout Troop Leader in her local community. Kelly is an active member of CREW Network and best exemplifies its mission of inspiring and mentoring women in the commercial real estate industry.

As a 2025 Women of Influence honoree, Kelly Berfield will be featured by GlobeSt. throughout the month of July and recognized at the national Women of Influence Conference in Denver, Colorado on July 21-22, 2025.
