NAI Summit Completes Lease Bringing Class A Industrial Property to Full Occupancy

NAI Summit announced the completion of a lease transaction at 4741 Chapmans Road, Allentown, bringing the 102,250-square-foot Class A warehouse property to full occupancy.

Constructed in 2022, the building offers premium facilities and amenities for the transportation and warehousing tenants.

The transaction includes a 34,500-square-foot lease by Hörmann Group North America who was represented by NAI Summit’s brokerage team consisting of Michael Adams, SIOR, Sarah Finney Miller, and Collin Holben. The lease reflects continued strong demand for warehouse and manufacturing space under 50k square feet in the Lehigh Valley commercial real estate market.

The landlord, Indus Realty Trust, was represented by Lee Fittipaldi, Principal at Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania.

Hörmann Group North America, a globally trusted provider of residential sectional garage doors, high-performance, commercial sectional garage doors, and loading technology systems, will utilize the space as a distribution facility. This relocation from their current facility at Cascade Drive in Allentown greatly increases the company’s available warehouse capacity, supporting continued growth and operational efficiency.
