Jennifer Kennedy, Vice President at NAI Summit

NAI Summit announced that Jennifer Kennedy has been promoted to Vice President. Kennedy brings decades of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, complemented by a strong background in property management that enhances her ability to deliver strategic solutions for clients.

Over the past six years at NAI Summit, Kennedy has consistently represented her clients with exceptional energy, market knowledge, and professionalism. Her specialization focuses on retail and professional and medical office properties, representing local and regional retail center investors, building owners, and tenants with diverse space requirements. Her experience spans a wide range of transactions, from major national retailers such as Petco and Giant to assisting entrepreneurs in securing their first brick-and-mortar locations. She also has a strong passion for adaptive reuse projects, where her property management expertise provides valuable insight for developers and owners navigating complex redevelopment opportunities.

In conjunction with her promotion, Kennedy has established a retail- and office-focused group within NAI Summit, which includes newly appointed real estate associate Madalyn Jukus, further strengthening the firm’s service platform in these sectors.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kennedy is deeply engaged in the community. She serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the Lehigh Valley Academy, a regional charter school, and is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network in the Lehigh Valley. Additionally, she volunteers with ARC of Lehigh & Northampton County, supporting inclusion and opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her community leadership and professional impact were recognized in 2025 when she was named a Women of Influence award recipient by Lehigh Valley Business.
