Scope of Experience

John Whitehead is an Executive Vice President and Shareholder with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group. John’s main focus is on assisting his clients with strategic real estate planning. This includes all aspects of corporate real estate such as, Lease Negotiation, Property Acquisition/Disposition, Site Selection, Build-to-Suit Oversight, Logistics Studies and Incentive Consultation. Since joining NAI Hiffman in 2008, John has completed 235 Transactions totaling over $491 Million in transaction value. 

During his tenure, John has represented such companies as COM2 Recycling Solutions, DuPage Airport Authority, Cadence Premier Logistics, Satori, Silgan Closures, Greenlee/Textron and The Centimark Corporation. In addition to working with these companies, he has also worked on behalf of many current and past institutional property owners and developers including ML Realty Partners, Link Logistics Real Estate, Liberty Property Trust, Principal Financial Group, KTR, GLP, DCT and Northern Trust Bank. Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, John spent 4 years with The Staubach Company, a commercial brokerage firm which worked exclusively with tenants of real estate.
