Caroline Firrantello originally joined Hiffman in 2019 as a marketing coordinator before earning her Illinois real estate license and transitioning to the role of associate broker in 2021.

Caroline and Executive Vice President – Office Services, Aubrey Englund, specialize in representation of office clients in the Chicago suburbs. In her role, Caroline assists in local office market research, lease abstracts, site selection, and financial analysis.

Prior to her start in the commercial real estate industry, Caroline served as a marketing specialist with an electrical contracting company, where she coordinated and marketed jobs with the main project manager, communicated job details to the site manager, and handled job paperwork. Caroline earned her bachelor’s degree from North Central College, majoring in marketing and minoring in psychology.
