Requirement
NAI Summit was engaged by Mission Autism Clinics to represent them in locating and negotiating leases for multiple new clinic spaces.
Their site requirements were geared towards providing the best environment for their clients. A first-floor suite with a minimum of 7,000 SF and an in-suite ADA restroom facility were essential. Minimum requirements also included ease of access for all abilities and mobilities. These elements constrained the site selection to office suites with direct access to parking areas and that had no shared entrance or vestibule.
Mission Autism Clinics had an auspicious goal to increase their number of locations by 6 every year within the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware.
Approach
Sarah Finney Miller, VP, along with the NAI Summit support team, researched and compiled open layout office suites that were currently available for fit out, or new construction across the selected geographic region. NAI Summit would obtain and present all the property information, floor plans, and expenses for potential sites that met the stringent requirements.
Mission Autism Clinic’s representative, the New Site Clinic Manager, and NAI Summit tenant reps would tour multiple sites in a single day. Location tours were scheduled when multiple sites were selected for review.
Once a viable location was researched, toured, and approved, NAI Summit handled the RFP process and negotiated favorable terms for Mission Autism Clinics.
Results
NAI Summit has represented Mission Autism Clinics in the execution of seven leases across the state of Pennsylvania, with a few more pending. The new locations for Mission Autism Clinics in Eastern and Central Pennsylvania, range in size from 7,000 SF to 12,500 SF.
NAI Summit continues to represent our tenant’s interests and ongoing expansion in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware.
