Scope of Service Experience

Matt has been with Summit for over 8 years and has experience in all segments of the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Dorman began his commercial real estate career with NAI Summit after several years of selling fiber-optic broadband access to high-rise building owners in Manhattan and Queens, New York. Prior to his New York City experience, Matt has been involved in real estate, apartment rentals, construction, and renovation since a young age and has hands on experience of construction inspection and renovation/resale of real estate. His educational background allows him to utilize technological and market research skills along with his experience in the market to deliver his clients comprehensive results.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Finance from Mansfield State University. Matt has also completed several Master Degree corporate finance classes at Temple University.

| In addition to construction knowledge of real estate, Matt has experience in the financing area from his position at Chrysler Financial Corporation where he was promoted to an Account Manager. He has been successful using his financial background to close real estate transactions for a variety of local, regional, national as well as global companies from the UK, Italy and India. |
