Scope of Service Experience
|
|
Mr. Dorman has been with Summit for over 10 years and is responsible for the aquisition and disposition of real estate for his clients as well as Landlord representation. Matt began his commercial real estate career with NAI Summit after working in New York selling fiber-optic broadband access to high-rise building owners in Manhattan and Queens. Prior to his New York City experience, Matt has personally been involved in real estate transactions, apartment rentals, construction, and renovation since a young age and has hands on experience in construction inspection and renovation/resale of real estate. His educational background allows him to utilize technological and market research skills to better serve his clients - combining that with his experience in the market, he delivers comprehensive results.

Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Finance from Mansfield University. Matt has also completed several Master Degree corporate finance classes at Temple University.

Background & Experience

| In addition to construction knowledge of real estate, Matt has experience in the financing arena from his position at Chrysler Financial Corporation. He has been successful using his financial background to close real estate transactions for a variety of companies located in the Lehigh Valley. Matt believes understanding the client's "needs" and "wants" is top priority. |
