| David began his career in the development and construction business in 1993. For over 10 years he was responsible for the development, construction and sales of over 3500 multi-family and age-restricted units in various developments in Eastern Pennsylvania and Central New Jersey. In 2001, he joined his father's family owned brokerage, Schumacher and Sons, Inc., and sold various developments and commercial raw land in that tenure. In 2009, he joined NAI Summit as a land, development and multi-family specialist. |
