Allentown, PA, May 13, 2010 – Jody King, CCIM of NAI Summit recently represented Team Capital Bank in leasing approximately 12,000 square feet of office space at the Penn Corporate Center, 3001 Emrick Blvd in Bethlehem, PA. As the exclusive agent for Team Capital, Ms. King had been looking throughout the Lehigh Valley for the right fit for Team Capital for their new administrative offices. Penn Corporate Center is a striking and modern 40,000 square foot office building located in LVIP VI, just off Route 33 in Bethlehem, PA. The 3-story building is a newly constructed, conveniently located office building in Northampton County which allows Team Capital to be able to service both their Pennsylvania and New Jersey bank branches. John L. Crampsie, SIOR, of NAI Summit represented the landlord, Penn Corporate Center, in the transaction. The aggregate deal for NAI Summit is approximately $1 million.

Team Capital Bank was organized in early 2005 by a group of prominent Pennsylvania and New Jersey business leaders. They have 5 regional community banks, each with its own management team and a locally based Board of Directors. They have banking offices in the Lehigh Valley, Doylestown and Newtown, Pennsylvania and in Flemington, Somerville, and Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
