Allentown, PA, April 28, 2010 – John Crampsie, SIOR, principal of NAI Summit recently represented the building owner in the sale of 612 Elm Street, Bethlehem PA. The new tenant is planning on opening a medical practice to provide services to families from the convenient East Bethlehem location.

The building is a 3,900 square foot office building located at the intersection of Elm and Broad Streets in downtown Bethlehem. The sale price was $345,000.
