Allentown, PA, February 4, 2010 – Jay Haines of NAI Summit represented Loikits Industrial Services, Inc, in the recent $650,000 purchase of a 10,500 square foot flex building at 3241 Levans Road in Coplay, PA. The building will be a second location for Loikits, whose main location is 5250 West Coplay Road in Whitehall, PA. Loikits Industrial Services, Inc. has been repairing and maintaining refrigeration, chillers, HVAC and air pollution controls since 1939. They are moving a portion of their operations to the newly acquired location.
