NAI SUMMIT HOSTS LUNCHEON AT COCA COLA PARK FOR COMMUNITY LEADERS
ALLENTOWN, PA September 10, 2009 – Over 125 community and business leaders attended a luncheon hosted by NAI Summit at Coca Cola Park to learn how commercial real estate in the Lehigh Valley has become globally connected. David Blanchard, Executive Vice President of NAI Global, spoke to the gathering about the broader platform now available for Lehigh Valley’s business community which will open up previously unavailable opportunities.
The single biggest advantage that the Lehigh Valley now has is NAI Summit’s expanded technological capabilities that will allow businesses to more efficiently and effectively manage their expansion and contraction needs. Local expertise coupled with global reach will allow a wider audience of players to be able to be reached with the click of a mouse. According to Mr. Blanchard, “ …NAI Summit now has the power of over 5,000 agents in 55 countries working together worldwide to create a defined path to the fulfillment of the need and wants of their clients.”
NAI Summit is the new name of Summit Management and Realty Company which is the largest locally owned and operated full service commercial and industrial real estate company. The principals, Frank T. Smith, CCIM, CPM, and John L. Crampsie, SIOR, established their company over 25 years ago and have successfully grown their company from a 2 man operation to its current staff of 50 associates. According to Smith, “Joining NAI Global was a strategic decision to choose the best possible course to expand our services and capabilities in a way that is measurable and unique. The broader platform that is offered by superior technology available through NAI Global made our decision clear. As we look to the future, we are very enthusiastic about the opportunities that will develop as a result of our new affiliation.”
