Executive Summary
NAI Summit is the region’s only full-service commercial/industrial real estate firm serving Eastern Pennsylvania. NAI Summit provides comprehensive services in development, acquisitions and disposition, leasing, representation of owners and tenants, investment sales, asset management, property management, facilities management, residential management, corporate services, build-to-suit leaseback management, consultation, advisory services and research.
NAI Summit was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in the Lehigh Valley. NAI Summit presently employees approximately 50 people with each individual bringing unique qualifications to the staff. Employees are encouraged to enhance their knowledge of real estate by attending real estate related courses and seminars. Each member of the NAI Summit team is well aware of the company mission which is to best serve the interests of the owners and clients they represent.
The NAI Summit team includes licensed real estate agents who are actively involved in the sale and leasing of products NAI Summit represents. NAI Summit provides its agents with the necessary tools to perform their duties in a professional and responsible manner.
To complement the real estate agents, NAI Summit employs a property and asset management team whose primary responsibilities are to provide immediate responses to property owners and tenants. Additionally, we have a building services staff to ensure all maintenance requests are acted upon immediately.
NAI Summit’s accounting department has the primary responsibility for the oversight of corporate and client accounting and reporting functions.

NAI Summit, upon its inception, immediately established the philosophy of being a relationship-oriented firm. This approach differs significantly from the transaction-oriented philosophy of most real estate firms. NAI Summit’s first and foremost responsibility is to the owners of the buildings they represent. NAI Summit’s financial and personnel resources are geared toward achieving the objectives of each owner.
This philosophy has evolved from ownership’s mentality as a development firm and continues to dominate NAI Summit’s environment as a result of NAI Summit’s capabilities and the extent of services they can provide owners.
NAI Summit continues to enjoy the unique distinction of being the only full-service commercial/industrial real estate firm based in the Lehigh Valley. In addition to 25 years as principals of NAI Summit, Frank T. Smith and John L. Crampsie developed approximately three million square feet of commercial/industrial space in Pennsylvania and Delaware prior to establishing NAI Summit.
This development experience resulted in significant exposure and contacts on a national basis, which served as an excellent platform for the growth of NAI Summit. During the last 25 years, NAI Summit has made a constant effort to maintain and cultivate the reputation of the firm as a strong local entity with national reach.
